By placing an order or booking a rental with Creations By Sabreea, you agree to the following terms.
Custom Orders & Proof Approval
All custom designs must be approved before printing. A digital proof is sent for your approval — please review spelling, names, dates and colors carefully. Once approved, we are not responsible for approved errors. Changes after approval may incur an additional fee.
Deposits & Payment
Custom orders are paid in full at checkout. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve rental dates, with the balance due before pickup or delivery.
Rentals
A refundable security deposit may be required for pickup rentals and is returned within 24 hours after the item is returned in the same condition. Clients are responsible for returning rental items on time and undamaged; late, damage or replacement fees may apply.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
