Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Custom orders are paid in full at checkout. For rentals, a 50% deposit reserves your date and the balance is due before pickup or delivery. Pickup rentals also require a $100 refundable security deposit, refunded within 24 hours after return.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Rush orders (next-day or two-day) are available for an additional $60, depending on availability.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. We offer free local pickup in West Philadelphia. Delivery is available throughout Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware — fees vary by item, location and setup. Only DIY prints are shipped.
Can I upload my own photos?
Absolutely. You can upload photos, invitations, logos or inspiration for your custom order right on the product page. Please upload the clearest, highest-resolution image possible for the best print quality.
Do I see the design before it prints?
Yes. A digital proof is sent for your approval before printing. Please review all spelling, names, dates and colors carefully — once approved, changes may require an additional fee.
